Who we are

Data we collect

Contact form: the name, email address and message you enter.

Quote request (Pricing page): name, email, company, phone, message and the plan selection you composed. This data is stored on Voltia systems.

We do not collect your IP address for profiling and we use no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to answer your message and to get back to you about your quote request. Processing is based on your explicit consent (checkbox or voluntary form submission). No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.

Processors

The homepage contact form is routed through the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com), which forwards your message to Voltia by email. Quote requests are sent directly to Voltia systems without any third-party service.

Retention

Data linked to a request is kept for the duration of its commercial follow-up, then deleted or anonymised at the latest 24 months after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is ongoing.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@voltia.ch.

Payment

No online payment is offered on this website at this time. No banking data is collected.
